50-metre yacht SeaQuest docked in Milwaukee, US last week.

Motor yacht Seaquest was built by Westport in the United States at their Port Angelus, WA shipyard, she was delivered to her owner in 2008. Donald Starkey is responsible for her exterior and interior design.

Seaquest is the 4th hull of the Westport 164 series. She is powered by two MTU engines which give her a top speed at 24 knots.

The yacht can accommodate 12 guests and 12 crew in 6 cabins.

The estimated US$ 40million yacht belongs to Dick and Betsy DeVos. Dick DeVos‘ father Richard DeVos was the Co-founder of Amway. In 2012, Forbes magazine listed his father as the 67th richest person in the United States, with a net worth of approximately $5.1 billion. Betsy DeVos, the current and 11th United States Secretary of Education.

The DeVos family are active philanthropists. They’ve donated more than US$ 1.2 billion to foundation activities.
